About Us

Brooklet First is a Southern Baptist Church supporting the 2000 "Baptist Faith & Message" adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention.

What we believe:

• We believe the Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation of Himself to man.
•  We believe there is only one true and living God; He reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit with distinct attributes but without division of being or nature.

•  We believe salvation involves the redemption of the whole person and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus as Lord and Savior; Who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer.

•  We believe Christian Baptism is the immersion of a believer in water. We believe this act does not create salvation; it symbolizes one has already been saved by accepting Jesus as their crucified, buried, and risen Savior.

•  We believe the Lord’s Supper is a symbolic act of obedience whereby members of the church, through partaking of bread and fruit of the vine, memorialize the death of the Redeemer and anticipate His second coming.
